GPS Monitoring for Defendants
Our durable, waterproof GPS Ankle Monitors are only $10 per day and are for anyone who is ordered to a curfew, home confinement, or offered a pre-trial release. GPS ankle monitors provide an excellent opportunity that allows defendants to attend treatment and continue working to pay fines, restitution, and child support. This service is available statewide, and outside of Salt Lake, Tooele, Summit, Davis, and Utah counties, there is an additional travel fee for the installation. Our GPS Ankle Monitor must be worn by the defendant for a victim to utilize the Stalker Alert safety device.
Stalker Alert Device for Victims
The stalker alert unit is the newest tool available to keep victims safe from their domestic violence perpetrator, stalker, or anyone listed in a Protective Order. This small device may be clipped on or carried and must be used in conjunction with our GPS Ankle Monitor. Payment of the unit should be court-ordered to the defendant, which is $275 per month. The device provides color-coded alerts to the user if their perpetrator comes within predetermined ranges and allows the victim to vacate the area immediately. This service is available statewide but involves a travel fee for delivery outside of Salt Lake, Summit, Tooele, Davis, and Utah counties.
